My name is CharLee Christian. I have a passion for Marketing, Advertising, Branding, and Business Operations within the Entertaiment Industry. For the last ten years I have been building a credible repertoire that has enabled me to be a confident yet humble business executive. My zest for team work and commitment to leadership are amongst some of my top assets.

 

 
Finance and Accounting 
The first stint in my career was in Financial Management and Accounting. I spent nearly seven years creating, maintaining, and balancing budgets, pouring over countless P&L's, RE, and Balance Sheet statements, and analyzing Cash Flow. Within this time, I have also been involved in Company Operations from Business Plans and Management of up to 15 employees at one time. I have worked with major financial institutions to ensure that financing objectives were always on track. I take pride in my analytical and organization skills and I enjoy investigative audits of company operations. 

 
Marketing
My current career journey has led me into the world of Entertainment Marketing. My interest in Marketing was struck after the task was given to me to create a marketing plan from a previous employer. Ever since then I've done everything I could to enhance my knowledge in Marketing. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Marketing in 2003 and after realizing that many Marketing careers called for an MBA I decided to continue school. I graduated in 2005 with an MBA specializing in Global Business in order to further enhance my business knowledge and maintain a credible candidate profile. I've spearheaded national marketing campaigns for professional athletes, taken a freelance assignment for a herbal supplement product roll out, and have designed sales strategies and promotional materials for a partner to a very reknonwned sports agency. I intend to continue my Marketing career growth within the Film Entertainment Industry. 

 

Additionally, I have been freelance designing for nearly a decade. I found a passion for design because it truly relates to a company's branding. I have designed everytihng from websites, logos, promotional items, marketing collateral, consumer packagin, and identity packages. I've found a niche within the entertainment industry designing for musicians, sports organizations, actors, professional athletes, and various other entertainment related organizations.
